His leadership has brought his team industry recognition for innovation, leadership, and stewardship. He has over 30 years of experience planning, developing, and implementing cutting-edge information solutions in various and diverse industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer electronics, consumer products, automotive, food, financial services, healthcare, and education. As a highly successful Leader in Digital Transformation and Information Technology, he fully comprehends the strategic importance of digital technology, transformations and innovation in achieving and maintaining a competitive advantage in today’s economic environment. Sumon has merged disparate technologies and personnel into team-centered units with expertise in motivation, cross-functional team development, innovation, and retention of industry professionals. Sumon has a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wilmington University.
