Nisha is a growth Catalyst and has helped build consulting practices from scratch in various firms including the Big 4s and has a track record of building and developing high value, high margin Consulting business in Banking and Financial Services with a focus on Cybersecurity, Financial Crimes, Enterprise Technology and Risk Management.
She is passionate about developing high profile diverse teams and enabling platforms for professional development of diverse talent in Consulting organizations. She is on the Technology, Audit and Risk Committee for March of Dimes, an organization focused on empowering people with disabilities. She is also one of the Honoree’s of the Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting for 2022.
Nisha loves to travel in her spare time and traveled to Munich to attend the first Oktoberfest since the pandemic. She is also an avid cyclist and health and fitness guru.
