Nicole Landry, Director, IAM Business Analysis at RBC. Nicole leads a team of IAM Business Analyst working on multiple projects, acting as the liaison between business and technology teams to ensure everyone is in alignment. She is a Canadian Co-lead for Women in Identity, a global non-profit working to break bias and create equal opportunities for all individuals in the workplace. She is passionate about providing opportunities to bring leaders from across the globe together to provide and drive conversations on diversity and inclusion to help us learn and grow form one another. She has 10+ years’ experience in IAM and has been part of IAM projects across North America and Europe, bringing her expertise to multiple leading financial institutions. She is known for creating partnerships that create opportunities to advance the industry through innovative approaches to IAM solutions.
As an established community-centric leader, Nicole is always looking for new ways to give back, she often partners with both established and up-and-coming community leaders to provide opportunities and mentorship to others to expand their lives and careers, understanding that we perform our best personally and professionally when we bring our whole-selves to both.
