Miriam’s role includes managing and producing internal communications on behalf of the IT and Cybersecurity teams to all employees at CAE. This includes creating awareness campaigns, change communications, articles and more.
With professional experience in teaching and writing, Miriam enjoys turning a complex idea into plain language using creative outlets. Before joining CAE’s cybersecurity team, she was a Technical Writer, a researcher for CBC Radio and Bell Media, and an English as a Second Language teacher.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, English Literature, and Canadian Irish Studies, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Concordia University
