My experience in different teams has provided a good understanding of various process from the Contract Creation, Sales Enablement, Workforce Management, Business Controls and implementation of technologies in different delivery teams using a combination of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software, chat bot, virtual agents and web applications tailored to each client.
For the last +4 years I contributed to automation and robotics solutions for clients from different services such as Human Resources, Finance, Security, IT and Risk Review for internal and commercial of Worldwide multi-disciplinary team and clients in three main languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
More recently, my responsibility has become to walk along with my Security clients to ensure they implement a strong posture that allows them to prevent cyberattacks, while also making sure internal processes, regulations and financial tasks are accomplished on a timely manner.
My major is International Relations, with an MBA on Finance but the learning road during my career has taken me to complete courses on programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and network computing basics (CCNA Module 1 & 2).
