Manjeet Dhiman is SVP, Services and Strategic Initiatives at ACCES Employment. With over 20 years of experience in the non-profit, charitable sector, Manjeet has been a key contributor to ACCES Employment’s growth and to the development of employment and training services for job seekers from diverse backgrounds. In her role at ACCES, Manjeet provides leadership in the areas of collaborative service delivery, community engagement, program development, digital services as well as marketing and communications. Manjeet has an MBA Degree in Community Economic Development, from Cape Breton University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and a post-graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management through Schulich School of Business. As the past-President of the Board of Directors for OCASI (Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants), Manjeet is actively involved in various initiatives that support the settlement services sector in Ontario.
