Lindsay came to IBM Security in 2014, post acquisition of Q1 Labs in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Previous to IBM, Lindsay was an educator focusing on special education and neurodiversity within primary and elementary schools, then moving to adult training & development as well as Director of Autism Connections in New Brunswick. She believes that having a hand in the innovation, creativity and connections of what makes our strong IBM community motivates her to bring her best within her current IBM Security role as well as a co-chair and advocate within Diversity and Inclusion & Business Resource Groups.
