Kate is the Chief Revenue Officer at Abliminal, a technology incubator for cyber and cyber adjacent startups. Her experience in market research and customer experience in the industries of Banking, Insurance, and Fintech, serve to bring light to an inclusive customer view. Kate focuses the company’s culture on two of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals: Gender Equality and Decent Work and Economic Growth.
An ardent proponent for diversity and inclusion, Kate has a long career in the study of gender and ‘otherness’ as an Archaeologist of Ancient Greece to Silicon Valley tech where she led the Canadian chapter of ‘Women at Intuit’. Kate commits her time to researching neurodiversity, supporting local women’s shelters, and hosting fundraising events with the Canadian Women’s Foundation.
