Kamran Ahsan brings over 20 years of professional experience in Information Security and specializes in areas of strategic envisioning and growth of security business plans, building high performance teams, service development, partnership ecosystem, customer advocacy, acquisitions, thought leadership, public speaking and international alliances.
A senior leader of Etisalat Digital since 2014, Kamran has successfully built the Digital Security business from scratch, grew it to the next level and played a key role in an acquisition resulted in three-fold growth in revenue and extension of its footprint in the GCC region.
Kamran earned a Masters in Applied Science (MASc.) degree in IT Security from the University of Toronto, Canada in 2002. He is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) from EC Council, a Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI) and holds professional certifications in ISO (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) and the IT Governance Framework (COBIT).
