Julie Adams is the Co-founder and CEO of ShiftLink Inc., a Canadian company dedicated to helping organizations increase efficiencies in the workplace.
With a dedicated career path in healthcare operations, Julie has served for over a decade as a leader in health care service operations. She has an intimate understanding of the challenges front line workers face, while consistently delivering professional service to their clients.
ShiftLink has been seamlessly adopted by major hospitals and homeless shelters in the province. Both shift workers and administrators have embraced the tool, recognizing significant time savings and improved morale among staff. Julie and the ShiftLink team are working to take the company to new heights, in a plan for global expansion.
Julie is an RBC Women of Influence nominee, 2020. She holds a degree from McMaster University.
