Jennyfer oversees strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution in collaboration with the Digital & Technology leadership team. She is responsible for planning and managing projects, strategic and operational activities.
Jennyfer brings close to fifteen years of experience managing complex projects and programs. Her expertise was acquired through working with executives and managing cross-functional teams in large corporations, such as CGI, the Bank of Montreal, and the Cirque du Soleil. She joined CAE in 2018 as PMO Lead where she led the development and implementation of the PMO structure within the Global Human Resources organization.
Jennyfer played a key role in crisis management on the COVID-19 committee. Her commitment and leadership were instrumental in positioning CAE’s recovery from the pandemic by ensuring both the safety of our employees and CAE’s business continuity. She was then appointed to the position of Leader – Global Risk Management & Business Continuity.
