Barrister Jannat Ali Kalyar was recently nominated as a member of the Advisory Committee to the President on Cyber and Information Security. She specializes in Cybercrime Law and also chairs the Cybercrime and Information Control Committee of the Lahore High Court Bar Association. She has conducted extensive research, advocacy and policy work around cybercrime, digital rights, the right to privacy and data protection in Pakistan.
