I started working as a Cybersecurity Analyst a team that provides monitoring services 24/7 365 days a year.
After that, I became an Escalation engineer, I was specialized in providing demonstrations about our services to new clients, handling escalations, questions, clarifying doubts about the service provided by threat monitoring. Make suggestions to our clients about opportunities for improvement (tuning) of their infrastructure, improve and calibrate the technical analysis of level 1 analysts, as well as provide technical information to clients when they need it.
