We are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Co-op students to join our team. As a Marketing Co-op, you will work alongside our marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote our events and programs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign results. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote events and programs
- Design and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers
- Write engaging content for social media platforms, website, and blog
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with the community
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and improve campaign effectiveness
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and promotional videos
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing message across all channels
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow
- Enrolled in a marketing or related program at a recognized post-secondary institution
- Passionate about marketing, events, cybersecurity and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Hootsuite
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
